A Bit About Me
Pain, heartache, grief, confusion… These are common feelings that we struggle to decipher. In a judgmental society where it feels like everyone has an opinion, it can be hard to feel like anyone cares. I do. My history of tragedy, trauma and heartache have led me to this journey of helping others through their own pain. I offer a judgement-free and safe place where you can be yourself, speak your truth and find balance, purpose and contentment. I want to help you thrive.
I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor under the CCPA with a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Master's Degree in Human Resources Management and a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology. I offer services in Cognitive Behavioural therapies, Solution and Person-Centered therapies for families, couples and individuals dealing with grief, anxiety, and relationship challenges while offering you the opportunity to feel heard. My goal is to be your advocate. Let’s get you thriving!
